Remove old finish the professional way

Sometimes floors don't need to be replaced, they just need to be refinished.  The first step in refinishing is getting down to the actual floor.  This heavy duty stripper works on even the toughest commercial finishes.  Just mop it on, let is sit, then lightly scrub with a mop pad.  Remove with squeegee and dust pan or wet/dry vac.

Directions for use:

Heavy buildups of regular floor finish can be removed by adding one part Mop Stripper to one part water.  Apply to floor with mop.  Spread and wait 3-5 minutes then pick up with mop or wet vacuum. 

Less heavy buildups of regular floor finish can be removed by mixing three parts water with only one part Mop Stripper.
