Our NEW Majestic Carpet Sanitizer & Disinfectant cleans and deodorizes carpet and so much more. An excellent choice for those biannual deep cleaning projects - just 1 ounce per gallon of this concentrated product used in a home extractor machine disinfects, sanitizes and eliminates the common household illness triggers: Ecoli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, Avian Flu, H1N1, and more. As a deodorizer and mildewstat, it works wonders in controlling the odor and mildew associated with smoke and water damage.

Don Aslett's Insider Advice for using the CRI Approved Majestic Carpet Sanitizer:

• I recommend using 1oz. Majestic Carpet Sanitizer per gallon in a carpet extractor machine or 2oz. per gallon when used as a prespray.
• DO NOT use Majestic Carpet Sanitizer on wool carpets
• DO NOT mix Majestic Carpet Sanitizer with any other cleaning products or chemicals.
• After using Majestic Carpet Sanitizer, I suggest helping set the carpet fibers by raking with a carpet rake.
• After using the Majestic Carpet Sanitizer, I recommend using a carpet rinse and neutralizer to remove any remaining residue from the carpet and to help prevent resoiling.

And finally, please understand that Majestic Carpet Sanitizer is a sanitizer (not a disinfectant) for carpet.  You cannot disinfect carpet because it is a soft, porous surface.
