This one product will allow you to use it as either a pre-treat or in the tank of a carpet cleaning machine making it easier than ever to clean your carpet no matter how you clean. A pre-treat works well on high traffic areas since it has dwell time allowing the formula to break down the dirt and grease in the carpet before you extract it. Mixed in to the extraction tank, you can clean as you go. Formula has been tested and approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute to leave minimal residue that can cause re-soiling. It contains polymers to encapsulate any residue not completely rinsed so any residue can be vacuumed up after the carpet is dry.
