2-in-1 Carpet Pre-Treat and Steam Cleaner 

One Product, two uses

This one product can be used as either a pre treat on your carpet prior to cleaning, or mixed in the tank of a carpet cleaning machine.  As a pre treat, 2-in-1 Carpet Cleaner - paired with the Perky Rake - is ideal for use on high traffic areas, breaking down the dirt in your carpet before you extract it.  Mixed into the extraction tank, you can clean as you go.  

The formula has been tested and approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute to leave minimal residue that can cause re-soiling.  It contains polymers to encapsulate any residue not completely rinsed so residue can be vacuumed up after carpet is dry.

Available in liter and gallon sizes.

Directions for use:

Pre-Spray Application

• Pre-mix 1 part of product with 16 parts of water.
• Pre-spray areas to be cleaned and allow a dwell time of 5-10 minutes.  Do not allow carpet to dry.
• Rinse with water, removing chemical and soil.
• Allow carpet to dry.  Accelerate drying with air-moving units as needed.  Vacuum carpet thoroughly.

Extraction Cleaning

• Pre-mix 1 part of product with 42 parts of water.
• Pre-spray areas to be cleaned or use in the extraction machine.
• 500-600 square feet per diluted gallon is recommended coverage.
• Allow a dwell time of 5-10 minutes.  Do not allow carpet to dry.
• Extract with water, removing chemical and soil.
• Accelerate drying with air-moving units as needed. 
• After the carpet has dried, vacuum carpet thoroughly.
