Ultimate Pro is a unique solvent-based, impregnator sealer, which penetrates grout, stone and masonry surfaces to protect against water and oil staining while allowing substrate to properly breath. The long-lasting formula will not change surface appearance. The formula, which is the only V.O.C. compliant sealer on the market, is specifically designed to bond with quartz and silica materials inherent to granite and grout. Coverage: Product will cover approximately 50 to 250 ft. per quart dependant on the porosity of the stone. Two coats are recommended for optimum performance. Surface must be sound, thoroughly clean and free from waxes, sealants or coatings of any kind. Do not dilute. Quart.
